PROFILER

The profiler machine TECNOSPAN are a very profitable investment due to their high productive performance (up to 3m/minute), the simplicity of their operation (a single operator), for the energy savings (15 kw of total consumption) and for its great durability with minimal maintenance costs. 

The range of P25, P30, P40, P50 models allows the manufacturing of elements with profile heights up to 250, 300, 400 and 500 mm respectively, offering specific solutions to the different needs of manufacturers with a reasonable investment.

Profilers TECNOSPAN, due to their great versatility, allow different types of products to be manufactured in the same work day simply by changing the profiler mold in an operation of just a few minutes. Standard machines make Beams; Tubular Straps; Posts and Lintels; Pre-slab and solid slab, Pi Panel and hollow core slabs and other prestressed elements with constant profile.

The profiling machines TECNOSPAN work with semi-dry concrete (1 cm Abrams cone) obtaining a uniform compaction that guarantees resistance higher than that required by the regulations. Its powerful vibration system allows integral adhesion of the concrete to the cables, without cracks or fissures, with an excellent quality of finish.

Technology TECNOSPAN also provides its clients with specific profiler machines to manufacture specialized products such as Dallas covers or thermal forgings that work on expanded polystyrene molds.
