STIRRUP INSERTER

The Stirrup inserter TECNOSPAN is a machine developed to provide a mechanical solution to the manual and artisan process with which manufacturers have to adapt prestressed beams to para-seismic beams complying with the regulations of countries located in geographical areas with seismic risk.

It allows the connection stirrups to be nailed to the upper part of the prestressed beams for use in seismic zones.

This application works simultaneously behind the Profiler Machine on the newly manufactured product, automatically inserting the stirrups into the upper part of the beams, complying with European regulations and especially with regard to earthquakes with the French CPT Planchers standard and with the provisions of the RPS 2000 (Para-seismic Construction Regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco).

The machine adapts to each beam profile through a system of interchangeable molds which guarantee the correct placement of the stirrups according to regulations without producing deformations and breaks such as those that occur when this process is carried out manually.
